Here’s a delectable addition to the holiday table this year that centers around Brie cheese, a soft and smooth melt-in-your-mouth cheese with a bold buttery flavor. The Brie was smoked on the Yoder Smokers Flat Top charcoal grill at low temperatures, then topped with cranberry and honey for a sweet, savory and smoky holiday treat that is over-the-top delicious. Thanks to Chef Joe Friday on this one!
